1. Why I need a domain, and what is the benefit?
YOU need to protect your online identity by reserving your domain name today. Even if you're not ready to build a website yet, you can reserve your name so it is available when you need it. SPARTCO.net offers registrations of .com, .net, .org, .biz and .info domains. You can secure your domain name for up to 10 years, saving you the hassle of annual renewals.

2. What is the average time from the placement of my order to the delivery of an order?
Accounts are generally processed and ready for use within 1-3 business days depending on Domain name transfers. This does not include software installation.

3. How are the items normally delivered?

Domain Name Hold: Internic Confirmation Emailed To You.
Full Domain Name Account: Welcome Letter with Username and password via email.
Economy Domain Name Account: Welcome Letter with Username and password via email.
Email Only Account: Welcome Letter with Username and password via email.

4. How may services be cancelled? Domain Name Hold: Once your order is intially processed, your order cannot be cancelled.
Full Domain Name Account: Once your order is processed, your web hosting agreement can be cancelled upon 30 days written notice via USPS Mail, Fax and/or Email. You will be liable for services rendered during those 30 days.
Economy Domain Name Account: Once your order is processed, your web hosting agreement can be cancelled upon 30 days written notice via USPS Mail, Fax and/or Email. You will be liable for services rendered during those 30 days.
Email Only Account: Once your order is processed, your hosting agreement can be cancelled upon 30 days written notice via USPS Mail, Fax and/or Email. You will be liable for services rendered during those 30 days.

 
5. Ok, so what do I do now?
Once you have decided you want a domain name, the next step is to find a suitable name that is available. To assist, we have provided a domain search utility. Even if you think your chosen domain is available, you will still need to enter it in the search box as this will then take you to the domain registration form.

6. What fees are due to initiate Web Hosting services?
The current month's fees and domain name registration fee are due when your order is placed and verified.

7. What are your payment policies?
We require payment in full by credit card, money order or check before services are rendered.

8. How will I be billed for monthly Web Hosting?
Monthly charges are billed in advance. We will charge your credit card on the first of every month for that month's services. Payments made by check are due no later than the 5th of the month. Also, we can managed yearly charges.

9. Will the customer be informed of problems with a delivery and their options?
We will contact you as soon as we know your order will be delayed. The reasons for an order being delayed is if Network Solutions cannot process the Selected Domain Name, credit card is declined or your check is returned, in which case we will contact you immediately for a new Domain Name, or for another card number or to make other payment arrangements.

10. Are there any other terms applicable?
ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS: A late payment charge of 1.5% per month is due on overdue accounts. If a customer fails to make payment in full when due, customer shall be responsible for all collection costs incurred by SPARTCO.net, including attorneys' fees and court costs.

11. Do I have to be an EXPERT to get my own website?
YOU DON"T NEED TO BE AN EXPERT, we can do it for you. We can offer you all that you need to get your own business or services on line, giving you support, consulting, tools and designing your buisness site on the web, just be ready to start.
